Like the edelweiss that blooms where few things grow, a good claim process should hold up under pressure. ClaimPro walks each receipt from first draft to final payment, and everyone sees where it stands.

Chapter 1 · The receipt
It starts with a crumpled receipt.
A colleague returns from a client visit with taxi stubs, a hotel invoice and a car park ticket. They open a new claim and it begins life as a Draft, so nothing is lost while they gather the rest.
Each expense becomes a claim item with its type, cost centre and attachments. For own-vehicle trips they log the distance, and the mileage is worked out from the rate tiers the admin has set up.

Chapter 2 · The chain
Submit, and the path is already drawn.
When the claim is submitted, ClaimPro takes a snapshot of the claimant's approval chain: an optional supervisor first, then the final approver. Medical claims go to the approver only.
The claim moves to Under Verification. Each approver gets a signed email link to review and decide. If a step needs another look, it can be reverted or rejected with remarks, and the claimant can see why.
On a general claim, the final approver chooses an Authorizer, the person who signs the printed record with ink. Their name and designation are stored on the claim, so the paper trail matches the system.

Chapter 4 · The reimbursement
Pending Reimbursement, with nothing hidden.
Once approved, the claim waits for payment. When someone other than the owner downloads the PDF, the print is logged and a green or red badge shows how many times it has been printed. That helps the team avoid paying the same claim twice.
After payment the claim is Closed. Every step stays on record.

Chapter 5 · The advance
Sometimes the money has to go first.
Advances follow the same pattern: request, approval chain, acknowledgement, then a link to the claim that settles it. What was advanced and what was spent end up side by side.
